Time sure has flown since my last post on here! I guess that’s a good thing, I think I post more when I suspect things could be going poorly for my health. Short update on that, I’m in this weird limbo where I don’t think anyone knows what to expect. Such a weird feeling.
I wanted to do another photo update, so here we go!
Christmas baby! My parents just moved here, so we had family breakfast, you opened presents, it was pretty cool. Felt very Christmasy and this is the first year you know what a present is so you were really excited.
You started dance and it is hilarious. It’s for 2 year olds so I’m sure they don’t expect much, but they do have set activities. Skipping on dots, shaking your hips, dancing with your mom. What do you spend your time doing? Literal hot laps around the studio. You might take a break from running to pick out a dot or toy or something, but you don’t use it to dance, you just hold it while running in circles. What I would give for 10% of your energy…
You were the ring leader for Halloween! Here you are with the dogs, or as you put it YOUR Pongo, MOMMY”S Boo, DADDY’S Brie. You’re at a fun age now where you appreciate dressing up, and you loved seeing all the other kids come to our house with their costumes. The neighbors next door had a big werewolf outside. You kept getting on my shoulders to walk over, getting scared and wanting to come back, then wanting to get on my shoulders to go back over. I like that you stuck to it even though you knew you’d be scared.

It’s been so long, I didn’t even post any pictures from your birthday! You like to get our hands and then count 1, 2, and you jump. Doesn’t really matter if we’re ready or not, it’s happening. My family came in for this one so that was cool. Honestly in June I was probably just happy I could even lift you! You can kind of see the effort on my face.
This is the first time I let you try a carbonated drink. I actually have like 9 pictures of this and they’re all kind of different and funny in their own way. You liked it, but you thought it was too “spicy”. You still feel that way, for now we’re sticking with milk, water, and juice.
Ok I know this doesn’t look like much, but in this one picture we have shirtless toddler, paw patrol, and a random kitchen utensil. This is one of the most Molly photos ever taken.
Just a couple pictures of the two of us. We did no shave November at my office and even though my beard looks pretty bad I’m keeping it for a while. We had to cut your hair off because you’d twirl it around your finger and eventually pull it out. They told us this was the only way to try and break the habit! You’re still insanely cute no matter what your hair looks like.
I just think this is a really funny video. You think it’s fun to run around with my phone, but you especially enjoyed it when you knew I wanted it back.
